These terms cover the public SPIIDR Studios website and ALIVE Priority Access while the product remains in coming-soon status. Purchase-specific terms will be published before checkout opens.
We are keeping the public launch scope narrow on purpose: collect only what is useful for Priority Access, operate the site securely, communicate about ALIVE, and keep private owner systems outside the public experience.
When you join Priority Access, SPIIDR Studios collects the information you submit, including name, email, creator type, DAW, creative goal and referral or campaign source. We use it to operate the ALIVE waitlist, prioritize release communication, understand creator needs and manage the launch CRM.
Priority Access is an email-based pre-release list. By joining, you consent to receiving ALIVE access, release and meaningful product-update emails. Release emails include an unsubscribe path.
The site may process limited technical request data through its hosting infrastructure and uses anonymous, hashed request identifiers to reduce automated abuse. Raw payment-card information is not collected because public checkout is not open.
SPIIDR Studios may use hosting, authentication, communications, analytics or other infrastructure providers to operate the website and launch program. Providers are used only as needed to deliver those services.
Priority-access and CRM information is retained while it is useful for the ALIVE launch, security or required records. Release communications provide an unsubscribe path, and privacy-related requests may be made by replying to an official SPIIDR Studios email when available.
ALIVE is not currently available for purchase. Pre-release descriptions, target formats, compatibility and features may change during final verification. Final shipping specifications will be published before checkout opens.
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access to private owner systems, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or use the site for unlawful activity. SPIIDR Studios may restrict abusive access to protect the service.
Licensing, refund, billing, activation and download terms will be finalized and presented before any public ALIVE checkout becomes available. No purchase is created by joining Priority Access.
Owner login, contact operations and the SPIIDR Revenue OS are private administrative systems. They are not customer-facing services and unauthorized access is prohibited.
System requirements remain pre-release until the native build completes verification.
